K\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 l\u00e0, l\u1ee3n t\u1eadn d\u1ee5ng t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n ngu\u1ed3n dinh d\u01b0\u1ee1ng t\u1eeb kh\u1ea9u ph\u1ea7n, gi\u1ea3m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ch\u1ea5t th\u1ea3i, qua \u0111\u00f3 n\u00e2ng cao t\u00ednh kinh t\u1ebf.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2.
