APA GENTA 10 I

COMPOSITION: 100 ml contains

Gentamycin sulphate, Excipients qs.

INDICATIONS

Treatment of CRD, bronchitis, pneumonia, cystitis, urethritis, endometritis, metritis, soft tissue infections, skin infections and infected wounds, etc. caused by Gentamicin-sensitive bacteria.

Effective in enteric disease of neonates like scour and salmonellosis.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Intramuscular

Horses, cattle, sheep & goats

1 ml / 20 – 40 kg b.w.

Twice the first day and once daily thereafter for 3 days

Subcutaneous

1 day old chicks

1 ml + 99 ml sterile distilled water, inject 1 ml / 4 chicks

One injection

Oral

Chickens (> 1 day old)

1.2 ml / liter of drinking water

Daily for 4 – 5 days

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use in the case of known hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the product.

Do not use in laying birds.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Kidneys: 45 days.

Meat: 7 days.

Milk: 3 days.

STORAGE

Store in dry, cool place, avoid direct sunlight.

Store in room temperature, under 30°C.
